Start with any journal or paper bag journal you love. If you have never made a paper bag journal before, don't worry. They are so easy and fun to make! I have a video on my YouTube channel showing you how I assembled my paper bag journal for this project.

Do I have to start on February 15?
Nope. We started on February 15 and finished on May 27, but you can start anytime and work at your own pace.
Do I have to create every single day?
Not at all. The prompts are there to inspire you, not pressure you. Skip days, combine days, or take breaks whenever you need.
What kind of journal do I need?
You can use a paper bag journal, a store-bought journal, or anything you already have. There are no rules on materials. Would you like to learn how to make a paper bag journal? If so, I will have a tutorial on how I made mine and will be posted by Sunday, February 15th on my channel.
Do I have to use Britt Create Stuff products?
No. You’re welcome to use any supplies, kits, or materials you love. This project is about creativity, not purchases.
Is this project free?
Yes. The project is completely free to join. Any optional goodies or extras shared during the project are just that — optional.
Where do I share my pages?
You can share in the Monarch’s Journal Makers Facebook group, the Monarch Garden Discord, or on social media using the tags and hashtags listed above.
Will I miss out if I don’t use social media?
Not at all. You’re welcome to participate quietly and create just for yourself.
Can I use digital kits or new supplies?
Absolutely. There’s no “right” or “wrong” way to create here. Use new, old, digital, handmade, or mixed supplies — it all belongs.
Will there be replays if I miss a live?
Yes and no. On YouTube, all of the live crafting sessions and posted videos are permanently on my channel unless I delete them. On Facebook, live replays only remain on a page for 30 days, afterwards they are no longer available.
