Refund policy

Returns and Refunds

Britt Create Stuff currently sells digital downloads. No physical item is shipped, and digital files cannot be returned.

Because downloads are delivered electronically, purchases are generally nonrefundable once the files have been made available. If you purchased something by mistake, received a duplicate order, or have trouble accessing or opening your files, please contact me through the Contact page with your order number. I’ll help you get the files working and review any refund request fairly.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
